Orders & Postage

All orders will be posted within 3 business days.
The customer is responsible for paying any and all VAT or other custom fees associated with shipping outside of the United Kingdom.
Postage by location:
- UK: 2nd Class (please allow at least 3 business days)
- North America: International Standard (please allow at least 14 business days)
- Ireland: International Standard (please allow at least 14 business days)
- Europe & Rest of World: At the moment, we are not shipping to these locations.

If we committed an error during the processing of your order, we will offer a refund.
We cannot offer a refund or replacement if an error was made as a result of the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete mailing address, or any other error made by the customer.
Due to the nature of digital products like ebooks and gift cards, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for these products.
A customer may claim a refund after 14 days of receiving their physical goods. We are unable to refund the original postage. Once notifying us, a customer has 14 days to return the physical goods to Wild Hunt Books in new and unused condition; we cannot accept or refund used goods. Return post shall be paid by the customer and not refundable by Wild Hunt Books.

Discount codes and other promotional campaigns do not apply to the purchase of gift cards.
Discount codes cannot be used outside of the time frame that they are valid and will not be applied retroactively to orders.
Discount codes are for personal use and not bulk ordering; if we suspect fraud or other malfeasance, we will cancel your order and revoke the discount code.
